Homeownership Program

Habitat provides you with the coaching, education, and support to be successful in your homebuying journey.

We can help you buy a home you love with a mortgage you can afford. Your options may include buying a home built or rehabbed by Habitat, or working with a realtor to buy a home on the open market.

Critical Repair Program

Our Home Repair Program seeks to help low-income homeowners with much-needed key home repairs so that they can continue to live in a safe and decent home. As with all Habitat programs, this serves as a hand UP not a hand OUT. Participants in the program must pay for a portion of materials and services, and our volunteers donate labor wherever possible. Those who partner for the program also complete sweat equity hours, which can be working on their own home project and financial counseling.

Take a virtual tour!

Check out what a standard Habitat home looks like. In this case, the tour is of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.  Home size is determined by family size.  There is some level of customization available with the homes as well, so not every home looks the same.

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
